It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene Kathleen Bilbrey of Roann, Indiana, born in Muskegon Heights, Michigan, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Rose and Lila Rose (Brown); her spouse Comer Bilbrey; her former husband Tony Franks; her sons, Earl Lee Franks, Richard Paul Franks and Jay Bilbrey; and her siblings, Cecil Rose, Everett Rose, Darrell Rose and Charlotte Vanderstilt.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Franks (Kathleen) and Tamara Rish; and her siblings, Betty Raifsnider and Bud Rose. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and over 50 great-grandchildren.
