He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Stephenson and Nancy L. Stamm (Thorpe); and his brother Ivan Merrill. He is survived by: his wife Alice Stephenson of Roann; his children, Adam Stephenson of Chesapeake and Carmen Dygert (Steve) of Umatilla; his stepchildren, Corrie Reynolds of Michigantown and Carrie Rebholz (Matt) of Wabash; and his siblings, Donald L. Stepehenson of Maryland, Bessie Mae Pippenger (David) of Maryland and Bonnie L. Doornbos of North Carolina. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service Roann Chapel (335 S Chippewa St, Roann, IN 46974). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at the Memorial Lawns Cemetery (1100 Manchester Ave, Wabash, IN 46962).
