With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Denver Ray Lyons of Roann, Indiana, born in Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on October 27, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Lyons and Martha Lyons (Stevens); his son Bill Lyons; and his siblings, Frank Lyons and Rena "Sue" Holley.
He is survived by: his spouse Lorain Wheeler; his children, Valerie Dowdal of Roann, Brian Lyons (Janet) of Roann and Patty Haupert (Rick Stamper) of Columbia City, Indiana; his daughter-in-law Cathy Lyons of Roann; and his sister Evelyn Conn of Morehead. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
