He is survived by: his children, Sonia Poe of Roann, Billy Ray Sturgill, Jr. (Rana) of Peru and Ruth Sturgill of Wabash; his grandchildren, Brandon Poe (Brittany) of Wabash, Adam Poe of Roann, Kane Rockenbaugh of Peru, Peyton Sturgill of Indianapolis, Trey Sturgill of Peru, Kali Schlemmer (Khristian) of Lebanon, Ethan Schultz, Emiliee Schultz of Wabash, Eric Gearhart of Akron, Kristal Mylin (Isiah) of Carmel and Cassandra Haupert of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his sisters, Beulah Coots of Wabash, Peggy Castle of Wabash and Patsy Wendell of Portland, Indiana.. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
