She was predeceased by: her father Owen Lee; and her husband John Edward Gaddis. She is survived by: her children, Becky Underwood (Wendall) and David Gaddis (Linda); her grandchildren, Jillian (Nathan), Danielle (Justin) and Lacy; and her sisters, Cleo Puyear and Beverly Sweetland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
