He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton White and Anna Mae White; his brother Philip; and his siblings-in-law, Vera White and Ed Dunning.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ann White; his sons, Eric White (Shannon), Chris Whitham (Jessica) and Craig Whitham; his sisters, Martha Dunning and Terrie Adams (Tim); his grandchildren, Emily Adams (Kevin), Gracie White, Zoe Whitham and Asher Whitham; his great grandchild Ryker Adams; and his nieces and nephews, Tim Dunning (Julie), Phil White (Darlene), Paul White (Debbie), Laurie McKittrick (Ken), Tammy Becker (John), Angel Emerson (Brian), Amy Smith and Amy Adams. He is also survived by cousins, and many great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Loving Hearts Hospice.
