She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman D. Tope and Pearl Tope (Metz). She is survived by: her children, Michael Schehr (Maria) of Independence, LA, Gayle Schehr (Kevin Tallon) of Rising Sun, IN, Gerard "Jerry" Morano (Bonnie) of Rising Sun, IN and Gregory "Gregg" Morano (Stephanie) of Rising Sun, IN; her brothers, Herman "Del" Tope of Cincinnati, OH and David L Tope (Gerdie) of Fulshear, TX; her friend Donna Withers; her grandchildren, Lori Billingsley (Charlie), Joshua M Schehr, Gregory A Morano, Jr., Lindsey N Morano, Kali L Morano and Danial Taylor (Amy); and her great grandchildren, Kayla M. Morano, Serena L. Billingsley and Stella Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
