It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Oran Bailey (Rising Sun, Indiana), who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Bailey (Elliott) and Earl Bailey; his wife Ruth J. Bailey (Chipman); and his siblings, Hilda Marie Potter and Cletus Earl Bailey.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry Bailey (Janie) of Rising Sun, IN and Jim Bailey (Donna) of Rising Sun, IN; his grandchildren, Michael Bailey (Tamla), Andrew Bailey (Clarissa), David Bailey (Gina), Nathan Bailey (Katie), Eean Bailey (Nicole), Anthony Bailey (Amy) and Amanda Bailey Sexton (Nate); his great grandchildren, Eric, Laura, Braylon, Breanna, Maddie, Kinzie, Kyle, Allie, Abbie, Lillian, Jonah, Ruthie, Addison, Alivia, Shay, Paige, Tori and Claire; his great great grandchild Macy; and his daughter-in-law Sherry Bailey.
