He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane (Gurley) and Norman Ford Wallick; his children, Clarissa "LeeAnn" Wallick of Rising Sun, IN and Norman Lee Wallick II of Rising Sun, IN; and his sister Mary Wallick.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Fay (Kittle) of Rising Sun, IN; his sister Sherri Anne Siler (Jeff) of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Caydence Morris and Taytum Wallick.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio County Rescue Unit or the Shriners Children's – Transport Fund.
