It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Poling (Rising Sun, Indiana), born in Madison, Indiana, who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur E. "Webb" Poling; and his brother Wilbur Dale Poling. He is survived by: his mother Linda L. Poling (Green); his wife Carol Poling (Smith); his daughters, Shaina Watson (Jake) of East Enterprise, IN and Shelby Lucas (Andy); his grandchildren, Kali, Kyndal, Kadence, Adeleigh and Case; his brother Steven Poling of Patriot, IN; his parents-in-law, Priscilla "Toy" and Gardy Smith of Rising Sun, IN; his siblings-in-law, Ginger Kincaid (Scotty) of Rising Sun, IN, Gina Hall (Jason) of Lawrenceburg, IN and Troy Smith of Patriot, IN; and his pet Yorkie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
