He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Mae Dunaway and Charles Gore Nowlin; and his niece Amy Marie Daugherty. He is survived by: his wife Pam Nowlin; his children, Corey Nowlin (Jamie) and Carey Bennett (Edward); his sister Linda Bayne (Patrick); his grandchildren, Rachel Lowery, Kolby Nowlin, Tristen Bolton (Krystal), Alinna Bennett (Brooklyn), Scott Bennett, Sophie Gorecki and Allie Gorecki; and his great grandchildren, Branden Torres and Hazel Bolton.

In honor of Mike, contributions may be made to either the Rising Sun School Shiner Pride Band Program or St Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
