He is survived by: his mother June Faye Lewis (Sutton) of Highland Heights, KY; his girlfriend Tonya Emery of Ohio County, IN; his stepchildren, Angelea Love, Kayla Emery and Derek Emery; his granddaughter Kassidy Lynn Lewis; his siblings, Leala Williams, Brenda Rios of Medford, OR, Hetty Wilson of Florence, KY, Lonny Lewis of Brighton, CO and Bryon Lewis of Villa Hills, KY; and his close friend Tom Losacker (Kim) of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
