She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Moore (Croley) and Dewey Moore; her husband Jack Bastin; her children, Amy and Andy; her grandson Jared Porter; and her siblings, Leroy, James, Harold Moore, Eveline Lewis and Anna Derm.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Porter (Robert) of Edgewood, KY, Sandra Schulz (Robert) of Rising Sun, IN, Mark Bastin (Cindy) of Cincinnati, OH and Joe Bastin (Deborah) of Rising Sun, IN; her grandchildren, Amber, Robert, Jr., John Logan, Ginger, Jason, Charissa, Emily, Zach, Eric, Jr., Stacey, Karen, Joshua and Sarah; and her siblings, Helen Williams of Rising Sun, IN, Carl Moore of Cincinnati, OH and Kenneth Moore (Freda) of Baltimore, Maryland.. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren.
