With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joyce A. Bailey (Rising Sun, Indiana), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Pearl Cunningham Bailey and James William Bailey; her sister Donna Bailey; and her brother-in-law Herb Oesterle. She is survived by: her son Steve Bailey; her daughter-in-law Ginger; her granddaughter Kaitlyn Bailey; her sister Betty Oesterle of Bristol, WI; her nieces, Sheryl Braddock of Libertyville, IL and Joan Kuenhold (Jimmy) of Bristol, WI; and her nephew Bill Oesterle (Sue) of Kalamazoo, MI.. She is also survived by six great nieces.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Markland Funeral Home (327 N High St, Rising Sun, IN 47040). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Patriot High School Alumni.
