He is survived by: his wife Brigitta Hetzel of Rising Sun, Indiana; his sons, Thomas Hetzel of Cincinnati, OH, Mark D. Hetzel (Denise) of Petersburg, KY and John Hetzel (Gweni); his siblings, Peter Hetzel of LaVerne, CA and Annelies Monad of Switzerland; his grandchildren, Sierra and Dylan; his stepgranddaughters, Melissa, Amanda and Christina; and his grandson Jacob Price.
