We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2021, at the age of 78, Gale Bovard (Rising Sun, Indiana), born in Milan, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Bovard (Whitham) and Charles Hilbert Bovard; his close friend Kathleen Harris; his sister Shirley Ann Slack; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Bovard.

He is survived by: his daughters, Amy McKay (Joe) of Rising Sun, IN and Melissa Ricketts (Michael) of Wenatchee, WA; his grandchildren, Ryan Ricketts (Beth) of St. Louis, MO and Piper McKay of Rising Sun, IN; his brothers, Gary Bovard of Ft. Wright, KY, Rodger Bovard (Bonnie) of Aberdeen, IN and Tim Bovard of Rising Sun, IN.; and his brother-in-law Raymond Slack of Rising Sun, IN..
