“Many years have passed since I have share time with Gail. My Mother, Thora Liggett was Bills sister. We lived in Columbus Indiana and often visited Rising Sun in my early years. So very sorry for your loss. May Gail rest in peace and may you all keep happy memories of her. Sincerely, Roger Liggett”
