She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Cook (Pease) and Harold Cook; her siblings, Mary Ann Scudder, William "Willie" Cook, Harold Cook and Lewis Cook; and her siblings-in-law, Delbert Scudder, Larry Boggs, Robert Johnson, Elma Marie Cook and Helen Jean Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Ernie Johnson of Rising Sun, IN; her sister Janet Boggs of Vevay, IN; her sisters-in-law, Lois Cook of Sellersburg, IN, Shirley Cook of Lawrenceburg, IN and Betty Rippberger (Tommy) of Alexandria, KY; and her friend JoDell Johnson of Rising Sun, IN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
