She is survived by: her mother Helen Phelps (Bales) of Rising Sun, IN; her children, Terry Salyers (Terri Ann) of Rising Sun, IN and Eva Renee Stayton (David) of Okeana, OH; her stepson Wayne Salyers of Milan, IN; her grandchildren, Melissa Whitman (Ryan), Tara Ross, Josh, Kyle, Stephanie Phelps, Jacob (Brittney), Nick Salyers (Sierra), Sydney, Samantha, Olivia and Chris Stayton; her great grandchildren, Alex, Calleigh, Madilyn, Sage, Jacob, Jayson, Easton, Tucker, Trevor, Henry, Lane and Liam; and her sisters, Vickie Shelton of Cincinnati, OH, Nina Dickerson of Cincinnati, OH and Julie Courter (Donnie) of Rising Sun, IN..
