He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth "Liz" Zerkle (White) of Rising Sun, IN; his wife Karen Lewis of Rising Sun, IN; his children, Kurt Zerkle of Covington, KY, Cory Zerkle of Burlington, KY, Haley Zerkle of Newport, KY and Kelly Brown (Jason) of Milan, IN; his sister Elizabeth "Rae" Beckett of Rising Sun, IN; his grandchildren, Carson David Zerkle and Trenton Gridley; and his nieces and nephews, Jamee Gray (Terry), Staci Hiatt (Andrew) and Cody Beckett (Mikayla).
