He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Davis (Cook) and Charles A. Davis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Davis of Rising Sun, IN; his children, Sandra G. Ande-Walker of Batavia, OH and Charles E. Davis of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Matthew Davis (Katie), Ashley Pilot (Joe) and Alison Ande; and his great grandchildren, Jyelle and Jamison Pilot.
