He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Kline; his children, Donald T. Baxter (Michele) of Columbus and Joe-D. M. Baxter (Kyra) of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Marshall Baxter, Alisha Baxter-Spencer, Makayla Baxter, Allyson Baxter and Ethan Baxter; his great grandchildren, Makalia Baxter, Avery Spencer, Serenity Spencer and Jensen Spencer; and his nieces, Nancy Swift (Leon) and Jill Renner (Scott).
Memorial contributions may be made St. Jude Children's Hospital, Riley Children's Hospital or the National Muzzle Loaders Rifle Association.
