He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Puller and Dorothy Rife Puller; his wife Reva Dee Ray; his children, Kathleen Campbell, Kendra Schultz (Ken) and Kenneth Puller (Tressia); his grandchildren, Shelby, Clayton Campbell, Kenneth, Kyra Schultz, Dalton (Jasmine) and Preston Puller; and his brothers, Anthony Puller (Faye) and John Paul Puller (Beverly).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Masonic Home in Franklin, IN, or the Shriners Children's Hospital.
