He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys P. Hoover (Gibson); and his sister Debb Greene. He is survived by: his father Weldon E. Hoover of Ridgeville; his sons, Adam Hoover (Nicole) of Winchester and Ethan Hoover of Farmland; his grandchildren, Alexzander and Zoe Hoover; his brothers, Jon Hoover (Dianne) of Ridgeville and Randy Hoover (Connie) of Ridgeville; and his close friend Toni Goodhew of Ridgeville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
