With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilu McCord (Ridgeville, Indiana), who passed away on November 11, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harl Pogue and Maude Pogue (Ables); her grandparents, Charles and Pearl Ables; her husband Darrell McCord; and her stepgrandson David Samson Short.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Short (Dave) of Winchester, Teresa McCord of Portland, Kevin McCord (Diane Taylor) of Ridgeville, Kimberly Morris (Kirk) of Farmland, Lisa Hill of Ridgeville and Dawn Milligan (Dave) of Portland; her grandchildren, Bryce Bost (Kathy), Wesley, Nathan Bost, Joshua McCord (Beth), Jasmine Jessup (Jeffery), Dustin McCord (Krista), Alan Morris (Jennifer), Taylor Morris, Allen Pettyjohn (Jessi), Samantha Pettyjohn (Corey Rheinhart), JaLynn Hill and Tommy McCord; her stepgrandchildren, Melissa Cook, Shyla Houser (Nate) and Chance Milligan; her sister Virginia Braucher of Willowbrook, IL; and her sister-in-law Roberta Pogue of Portland. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, one great grandchild due in June, several step great grandchildren; dozens of nieces, nephews, and in laws.
