She is survived by: her husband Reece; her children, Ryan Reece Welch of Angola, IN and Renee Welch of Angola, IN; her grandchildren, Riley, Lucas and Evelyn Welch; and her sister Brenda Cochran (Ronnie) of Redkey, IN..
