We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2021, at the age of 94, Jay Kay Church of Ridgeville, Indiana, born in Wichita, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mothers, Kay Iverson Church and Gertrude Church (Parrish); his former wife Beverly Ann Church (Shumaker); his brother Roger Ted Church; his siblings-in-law, Sara Church (Parks) and V. M. Whitesell; and his son-in-law Ronald W. Casey.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. Church (Fellerhoff); his children, Karen Patrice Turnbull (Robert J. Turnbull), Caryn Annice Casey, Rex Warren Church, Lori Church (Prifogle), Max Roger Church and Cathy Church (Guess); and his sisters, Lois Mae Whitesell, Rose Marie Rusnam and Judith Mansur Ross (Bud Ross). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
