She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Burton and Thelma Burton (Swallow). She is survived by: her children, Patrick Clevenger (Julie), Gregory Clevenger (Suzanne), Marc Clevenger (Malynda) and Angela Bechtold; her sister Melba Shilling; and her brother-in-law Harold Long. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to 4-H Incorporation of Randolph County or Cancer Services of Randolph County.
