She was predeceased by: her parents, Freelen Piercy and Lura Denny Piercy; and her brothers, Oliver Peercy, Obie Peercy, Willie Young and Henry Piercy.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Allen; and her sisters, Edith Zimmer of Illinois and Peggy Watson of Indiana. She is also survived by aunts; uncles; many nieces and nephews; cousins; and many friends.
