Milddleton; his girlfriend Kathy Atkins; his children, Mellissa Satkamp of Dayton, OH, Tabitha Satkamp of Dayton, OH, Erick Satkamp of Dayton, OH and Derrick Salsar; his stepson Ray Atkins; and his sisters, Shawana Rhodes (Jerry) of Pigeon Forge, TN and Sharon Satkamp (Gary) of Centerville, IN.
