He is survived by: his children, Mark Rutherford (Karen) of Milan and Sandra Romack of Richmond; his grandchildren, Angela Linde (Erik), Jessica Cox (Andy), Chad Romack, Matt Rutherford and Lindsay Eshcoff (John); his brother Joe Rutherford (Charlotte); his sisters-in-law, Ann Rutherford and Jennie James; and his close friends, Fanny and Bob Marshal. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
