He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark and Florence Holman Clark; and his brother Michael Clark. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Clark; his children, Cyndi Smith (Rodger) and Troy Clark (Gina); his grandchildren, Amanda Hay, Brian Smith, Brittany Rutherford (Robbie), Troy-Tyler Clark and Isaiah Clark; his great grandchildren, Cami, Gavin, Alexa, Cameron, Leilani, Trey and Ember; and his brother Larry Clark (Ellen).
