She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Simpson and Indie Simpson; and her brother-in-law Frank A. Roberts. She is survived by: her husband Norman G. Brooks; her sons, Norman G. Brooks Jr. (Jennifer Janssen) of Richmond, Patric W. Brooks (Kelly) of Madison and Joseph A. Brooks of Chandler, Arizona.; her grandchildren, Sara Bulmer, Dale Brooks, Ashley Ricketts and Caitlyn Brooks; and her sister-in-law Joyce L. Roberts. She is also survived by her nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
