Virginia W. Thomas Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia W. Thomas of Richmond, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Flurry Jane Milburn Woodall; her husband Olaf Ray Thomas; her daughters, Shirley Terhaar and Peggy Lynn Robinson; her grandson Sonney Martin; and her great grandchild Sydney Ledbetter.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Winters (Jim), Ernest Thomas (Jean Ann), Roger Thomas, Dennis Thomas (Julie), Rick Thomas and William Thomas; and her son-in-law Rodger Terhaar. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Doan & Mills Funeral Home (790 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Earlham Cemetery (1101 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374).
