She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mullins and Emma Jane Mullins (Smith); her child Dale Owens; her husband Arnold C. Owens; her daughter Gina Owens; her great grandchild Ryan Clark; and her siblings, Henry, Granville, Matt, Dave, Wayne, Jack (Sue), Ed Mullins (Georgia), Katherin Gadd (J. T.), Lillian Thomas and Jane Owens (Franklin).
She is survived by: her children, David, Soon, Arnold, Duane and Vicky Wilson (Jerry); her grandchildren, Angela, Andrew, Travis Owens, Jeremy Wilson, Jennifer Barrett, Crystal and Jessica Clark; her great grandchildren, Cheyanne, Kaelyn, Ronan Owens, Brenden Barnes, Mason, Lillian Barrett, Addyson, Callie Wilson, Deziakia Cottman, Zaydn Johnson, Tyler and Katie Jackson; her sister Evelyn Fouch; and her sister-in-law Nadine Owens. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, neighbors, and friends.
