We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2020, at the age of 85, Virginia L Brumley (Richmond, Indiana), born in Pemberton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jacob Walter and Helen Miller Houchin; her children, Joe Brumley (Seja) of Bloomington and Julie Frame (Matthew) of Richmond; her grandchildren, Shiloh, Harrison, Grace Ellen Frame, Maia and Madeline Brumley; her sister-in-law Connie Houchin of Bellefontaine, Ohio.; her husband James; her son John Fredrick Brumley; her brothers, Kenneth and Fred Houchin; and her niece Karen Robson. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
