It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Marcum of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on December 22, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Harrison and Dafney Handy Marcum Harrison; his wife Doris Marie Marcum; and his siblings, Christine Shearer, Ora Brockman, Mafrie Allen, Lowell Brandenburg and Charles Brandenburg.
He is survived by: his son Jerome "Butch" Marcum (Cindy); his grandsons, Troy Marcum (Vesta) and Robert Marcum (Crystal); and his great grandchildren, Cindy, Emily, Neyland and Chloe.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Doan & Mills Funeral Home (790 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Doan and Mills Funeral Home (790 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374). An entombment was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Earlham Memorial (1101 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374).
