He was predeceased by: his grandmother Dorothy Walter; and his uncles, Larry Walter, David Walter and Gary Walter. He is survived by: his parents, Mike Toney and Robin Walter; his close friend Brenda May; his daughter Destiny Walter-Wages (Britt); his stepdaughters, Amy Richardson (Cory) and Amber Wert-May (Mike); his grandchildren, Camren, Courtney, Carson, Baby C Richardson, Madacyn and Milliana Fultz; his uncle Neil Walter; and his friends, Rusty Carpenter and Jason Wagner. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
