Mack (Donna); his nieces, Sara Omokemi (Akinpelu), Kassandra Mack and Jailyn Mack-Handley; his great-niece Jovia Sanders; his nephews, Randle Perkins, Devin Mack and Rylan Mack; his cousin Keith Lynn; his sister-in-law Karen Wyatt (Kenneth); and his close friends, Scott Cosby, Mark Bragg, Scottie Bragg, Harvey Williams, John Bennett and David Tinsley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
