He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Stegall and Olive Lakey Stegall; and his siblings, Everett "Bud" Stegall and Clarice McFadden. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his son Kyle Stegall of Dayton; his grandson Andrew Thomas Stegall of Greenville; and his sisters, Phyllis Alsop of Richmond and Jo Hoover of Wayne Lakes. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
