He was predeceased by: his father Russell Chamness; and his siblings, Margaret Earlywine, Frank Chamness and Barbara Pruett. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Chamness; his son Brad Chamness; his stepchildren, Edward Brock and Ellen Powell; his grandchildren, Tara, Jerika, Ben and Gordon; his great grandchild Adalyn Rose; his siblings, Florence Watson, Mildred Oler (Larry) and John Chamness; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Ruth Carter and Larry Schindler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
