He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Bass and Irene McKee Bass. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Bass; his daughters, Deborah Blankenship of Richmond and Robin Wiemar (Steve) of Irondale; his grandchildren, Joey Evans (Stacy), Thomas Blankenship (Maggie), Jackie Hamilton, Maria Wiemar and Lisa Wiemar; and his great grandchildren, Katelyn, Anthony, Keith, Evan, Ellie, Gunnar and Quen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
