He is survived by: his brother Mike Tevis (Rubina) of Flint, Michigan; his siblings-in-law, Terri Tevis of Richmond, Indiana and Theautry Lewis of Hamilton, Ohio; his stepson Shannon Churchman; his niece Charonda Lewis; his nephews, Charles Lewis and Jason Lewis; his aunt Marcella Collins Elmer of Covington, Kentucky; and his close friends, Mike Mize, Orville Mize, Terry Gipson, Darlene Churchman, Fannie Miller and Sabrina Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
