She is survived by: her husband James Cook; her children, Cindy Kelly (David) of Hagerstown and Kevin Cook (Kimberly) of Richmond; her grandchildren, Lindsey Siegert (Patrick), Amanda Riley (Grant), Josh Kelly (Andrea), Mackenzie Cook and Mallory Cook; and her great grandchildren, Reed, Quinn, Liv and Parker. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
