He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leonard and Mary L. Mort Leonard; his son Jayson Leonard; and his nephew Andrew Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Thomas Leonard; his daughter Mary Ringley (Doug); his daughter-in-law Nora Leonard; his grandchildren, Thomas, Mason Ringley, Alexander and Olivia Leonard; and his brothers, Tim Leonard (Jan) of North Port and Phil Leonard (Liz) of Fort Meyers, Florida. He is also survived by extended family; and dear friends.
