He is survived by: his parents, Chris O'Brien and Suzanne Monnin O'Brien of Arcanum; his wife Amy Neanover O'Brien; his son Xavier O'Brien (Sylvia Tzakis) of Richmond; his brother Dan O'Brien (Tia); his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Tristen, Aidan of Arcanum and Jenny O'Brien of Richmond; his brother Patrick O'Brien (Jennifer); his nieces and nephews, Brooke and Morgan of Fort Mill; his parents-in-law, Jim and Saundra Clark of Richmond; and his friend Randy Spencer. He is also survived by other extended family members; and many friends.
