He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Millsaps and Deborah Meadows Millsaps. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Millsaps; his siblings, Tim, Gary Millsaps and Teresa Millsaps; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Stall and Wesley Webb. He is also survived by two daughters, two step-daughters, several grandchildren.
