He is survived by: his children, Karen Shank-Chapman (Simon) of Indianapolis, Stephen Shank of Indianapolis and Sara Hollingsworth (Lucas) of Fountain City; his grandchildren, Alexandria, Payton, Maddie and Gavin; his sister Sherri Taylor (John) of Mooresville; his nephew John; and his niece Kathy. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
