With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley E Irvine (Richmond, Indiana), who passed away on June 15, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Shirley may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shirley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evan Phenis and Callie Phenis; and her siblings, Vivian Wadsworth, Roberta Wadsworth, Marjorie Byrd, Alice Toney and Evan Phenis Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Richard G. Irvine; and her children, Pamela Carr of Ocala, Ronald Irvine (Cheryl) of New Paris, Eric Irvine (Jenny) of Richmond and Rick Irvine of Richmond. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
