He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford F. Benge and Alice W. Renyer Benge; and his granddaughter Heather. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Michael Benge (Melanie) and David Benge; his grandchildren, Courtney, Olivia, Sam, Ian (Holly) and Sarah (Sam); and his great grandchildren, Elle, Sophia, Lillian and Walker. He is also survived by 5 sisters.
